A Choice That Echoes in Eternity

Every individual has a decision to make. A decision that will affect their soul, their eternity. Choose life or death. There are billions around the world “in the valley of decision”. This September we will embark on our 10th Rescue and Revive Crusade throughout the Northeast to the campus and the marketplace. We will be going to every Ivy-league college in the Northeast starting with Cornell and concluding at Harvard Square. We have been to all of these universities at different times over the last nine-years but this year we will go to all eight.

Our prayer team will be led by Pastor Gregg Thompson and will be comprised of male and female intercessors. The Evangelism teams are full with thirteen men launching out on September 17th. Both the prayer and evangelism teams have new people joining this gospel-centered crusade. We invite you to partner with us in prayer. We have given out over sixty-thousand gospel tracts, preached in 14 states from the tip of Maine to Kentucky. We have been on over thirty-five college campuses all for the cause of rescuing the lost and reviving the saved with the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ.

Kenya – Water in the Desert

We’ve just completed our largest project to date in Kenya: drilling a water well for the people of Turkana. This has been a long-standing prayer of the Turkana tribes—and now, it's been answered.

“He turns the wilderness into a standing water, and dry ground into water-springs.” —Psalm 107:35

What a joy it was to witness these precious souls receive something as essential as clean water—something we often take for granted. One woman, lifting her hands to the sky, simply said, “Asante Yesu” (“Thank you, Jesus”). Others were seen drinking deeply and filling jugs to take home. The joy in that moment was indescribable.

But the need in Turkana—and throughout Kenya—goes beyond physical water. There is a deep thirst for Living Water. We remain committed to the mission of Rescue and Revive Ministries, serving as the hands and feet of Jesus to the people of Kenya.

In March, our team preached the gospel boldly throughout Kenya. Many lives were touched, including one man who responded at a crusade—just three days before he unexpectedly passed away. His story is one of the many reasons why the theme of this year’s Crusade is based on Joel 3:14: “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision.”

Monroe has started back up on 2nd Saturdays from 8:30-10:00 pm. We saw a great deal of brokenness and need in our first outreach. One man named Ron, allowed me to pray for him. He said he was an alcoholic. He lost his home and his wife. As we prayed tears rolled down his cheeks. Ron like so many others is in his personal Valley of decision. Our God is good. He saves to the uttermost. We are commissioned to proclaim, preach, share, teach, evangelize….get THE WORD OUT! Tomorrow is not guaranteed for any of us. The day of the LORD is near. There are many like Ron all around us.

CAMRY

Outreaches have begun again outdoors on Thursday nights from 6pm to 8:30pm. By the Grace of God, we now have a box truck for all of our logistical needs. CAMRY (now a branch of RRM) will be able to utilize this truck every Thursday. It helps with the workload significantly. Hot meals, groceries, tables and chairs all can be transported in the truck to the “Red Front, Green Grass”. The gospel is going out every Thursday in the heart of the city through CAMRY. People are being helped spiritually and practically.

Monthly Prayer on the first Friday of each month beginning at 7:00 PM at the 7-Center in Macedon continues to be the fuel to the ministry. Minister Jeff Inscho has been leading the night faithfully for over a year.

“If you do not purpose or determine to go to prayer, you will not go”. Your flesh and Satan hate prayer. Each time I have purposed to go, God is present, He speaks. All are welcome.
